Week 23 Results

The results for Week 23 have been posted! There is a link on the right that will take you to the results post.

Make sure you check out the weekly Nag List on the Beginners Forum to make sure you're not missing any weeks.

If you are behind (or perhaps WAY OVER) your goal, you only have a few more weeks to revise it. Check your summary results in the 2009in2009 Statistics table in the blog (see link above) and look at your percentage miles left ("% of miles left" in far right column). Since Week 22 is about 43.4% of the year, that leaves 56.6% remaining. If you have more than 72% miles remaining, you should look at your training plans for the remainder of the year and decide if you should reduce your goal. Hey, I lowered my own goal by 200 miles, so don't feel bad if you have to make a change. The point is to set a realistic goal and try to achieve it!

If you do want to change your goal, just send me a PM and I'll update your records right away. You may change your annual goal ONE TIME through June 28 (Week 26).
